Encouraging students to self-reflection/discussing cases from personal experiences
The professional life is mostly solution oriented, so people do not have time to think about the process. To deal with this challenge, this best practice provides an ethics education to encourage students to reflect on theirselves and practices. Through the self-reflection encouraged in this module, students are prompted to scrutinize their own behaviors and practices. By questioning their routines in daily life, they can begin to critically examine their everyday practices in the workplace. This process empowers students to problematize their actions and decisions, fostering a deeper understanding of ethical considerations within professional contexts.
