Emphasizing on making institutions ethical

In this best practice, the ethical education is directed to institutions to help individuals to behave ethically. Otherwise, if the working environment poses ethical dilemmas without providing any solution, it is difficult to expect from individuals to be ethical. To achieve this, the institutions/companies are provided with e.g., statistical data to show the long term benefits of conforming the ethical rules and make them set codes of conduct, which must be followed by all the members in face of ethical dilemmas.
