Working on the social development goals to draw students’ attention to the ethical issues integral to achieving/setting these goals.

In this best practice, the concepts such as “social impact”, “sustainable development goals” are used to draw students’ attentions to ethical aspects of developing new products, technologies etc. These concepts are crucial in entrepreneurship and innovation fields, and they are used to lead the discussion to ethical aspects of the possible outcomes. A part of the semester is used to discuss the social and global impacts of the products that they are going to develop. This best practice shows the relevancy of ethics education to the global well-being and how urgent it is, inspiring students to engage with ethical dilemmas in their personal and professional lives.
